The Magic kingdom is said to test some fast passes on celebrate a dream come true and Disney's Electrical Parade. It's expect for the fast passes to be tested from April 29 thru May 3 2013. Fast Passes are going to be distributed to guest randomly. The view area for this will be the center of Town Square.
