Prices at Walt Disney World are increasing rapidly and what every one always does is try to find new ways to save up for their Disney Vacation.
I for one love to stay on site in Disney Property from Deluxe to Moderate Resorts. We all know these two type of categories are very expensive Resorts and is there a way to save money for both ? as a matter of there is.
For many Visitors who enjoy Deluxe or Moderate stays, Disney Vacation Club would be considered as a investment. But once you do really commit to DVC you would have to make those annually trips to the time share to make Fiscal sense of it.
But of course there is another route you can take if you believe so DVC isn't right for you and that's renting points from owners themselves. The cost of renting points can range from $8 per point up to $14 per point the amount of points of staying varies throughout the year.
For example a six night stay at bay lakes towers from July 15 to July 20 points required for those nights would be 98 for six nights in a regular standard studio room at $14 per point which leads to the ending balance to be $1,372. Now doing it directly through the Disney site the cost for the same night and room would amount to be $1,859. There is two Rental stores i would recommend if you want to rent and feel like a dvc member and one perk would be actually going up to the top of the world lounge at bay lakes to view the Wishes fireworks from the Magic Kingdom. One last thing when renting points you have to be same about knowing who you are renting from if your not doing it through companies because they is a lot of scams. But Davids Dvc store is very trustful.
